What partner and offer review means

A partner application or offer submission is not immediate publication. Identity, documents and service scope are reviewed, followed by review of each offer under market and service requirements.

Account and documents

Requirements vary by partner type, service and market, with status shown in the partner portal.

Offer review

Title, location, price, availability, capacity, media and policies are reviewed before publication.

Visibility

An offer appears only after approval and while publication and inventory or capacity conditions remain satisfied.

Status meanings

Pending review: no publication decision yet.
Published: eligible to appear while availability and market conditions remain met.
Needs changes or rejected: actionable review information available to the partner is shown in the review record.
Paused or archived: not offered as available; historical bookings are not erased.

Reviews and logos

A LYXUP verified-booking review is available only where authoritative completion evidence exists. External reviews keep their source name and link and never become LYXUP verified-booking reviews.
