Private transfer routes in Egypt

Questions and answers

How do I book a transfer on LYXUP?

Open an offer, review its price, currency, inclusions and cancellation policy, then complete the booking and payment. A booking exists only after payment is confirmed.

What is the cancellation policy?

It depends on the offer, the service and the timing, so review the policy shown with the offer before booking. A booking is not cancelled until its status changes or support confirms it.

How does payment work?

The payment methods shown at checkout are the ones available for that booking. An independent processor may handle card data; LYXUP does not store full card details. Never send card data by chat or email.
