Using LYXUP

LYXUP connects customers with travel and service partners. You must provide accurate information, protect your account credentials and use the service only for lawful purposes.

Bookings and payments

The price, currency, cancellation terms and included services shown at checkout apply to the booking. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable payment and confirmation process is completed. Payment services may be provided by third-party processors under their own terms.

Partners and service delivery

Services may be fulfilled by approved independent partners. LYXUP coordinates the marketplace and support process, while the selected partner remains responsible for performing the booked service safely and lawfully.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

Eligibility depends on the terms presented for the specific offer and the status of the booking. Contact support promptly if you need assistance.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with other users.
• Do not provide fraudulent booking, identity or payment information.
• Do not use messaging channels for abusive, unlawful or unsolicited content.
